Depending on the size and width of the rims.
it could range from ET 45 to ET 35

I think all factory fit B6/B7 wheels had offsets in the vicinity of 39-45mm.

    OEM S-line Wheels
    Diameter: 18"
    Width: 8"
    Offset: 43mm
    Made by Ronal

OEM 17" Split Spoke 5 Spoke Wheels
    Diameter: 17"
    Width: 7.5"
    Offset: 45mm

    Stock Rotor size
    • Front - 12.6"/320x30 mm - Ventilated disc / ContiTeves FNRG-6
    • Rear - 11.3"/ 288x12 mm - Solid disc / TRW CII-41

    Rim Size - Offset
    7.5in - 25mm
    8.0in - 32mm
    8.5in - 38mm
    9.0in - 44mm

*NOTE* - I am not a wheel professional and can’t guarantee these wheel offsets will fit. The offsets above place 70mm of rim from the mounting surface to the front edge (which is close to the fender). From installs listed on the forums and what manufactures sell; the offsets can be +/- 3mm from listed.

**NOTE** - The B7 A4 has very large stock front calipers (B5 S4 size) so becareful when purchasing rims. Due to their design (including spoke design) they may not fit over the calipers.
