There is a German car day being held in Perth, usually from the #4 car park near causeway. Sunday 25th July 2004. Details are not clear yet, but usually one turns up AM and then drives drives in convoy to York for lunch, picnic etc. :bounce_cl:

I will update as details become available.

This is a pretty good day except almost no Audis turn up. :x
I have been for the last two years and have tended to get shunted in importance because of the number of MB's, BMW's and bloody porsches that turn up. We need to see more Audi's! 8)
You can see details on the MB car club site at mbccwa.org.au (or something like that).

Yes those bloody MB, BM & Porsche drivers, treating us like some poor German eastern block cousin...lol. :moon:

Tell you what, this year I will leave my 911 at home and take the Audi TTQ instead. I will look out for you :_b:

Pity there is no Audi club here.

I will look forward to seeing your TTQ there.
For all the other Audi owners in WA we need to see you there. You can get details on www.mbccwa.org.au when they get it fixed and running again.
Usually meet somewhere in Perth about 9.30am and then convoy to York where they block off the main street and put us on display.
Not many Audis go and we usually get shunted to the back blocks and overlooked by the spectators because of the bloody porsches - damn glorified veedubs!
When the MB website gets up with the details on it email them and tell them you are bringing an Audi. With an indication of numbers they might provide a higher profile location.

Hey Ludo - were you there? I saw a TTQ convertible and a TTQ coupe - was one of them you?
I had the white 90. I went in the motokhana and kicked some Porsche butt - one 924 entered twice under different drivers (it smoked so bad that they nearly need to stop at the bottom end of the course and top up the oil) and one worked 928 (which smacked a kerb and DNF'd). Nevertheless they placed behind me. :D :D :D
I couldnt do much about the competently driven 911's, Boxster, 968 turbo :( and a 3 series BMW with 4Litre Lexus motor though.

Cheers
Wayne

Looks like I missed out! So, no WA Audi club?
