I copied this from the Vortex in the States. Looks like useful info, but the one graph looks a bit choppy/suspicious to me .... either way, hope this is useful for some of you guys!

I hope my first post here on the Vortex contributes something useful to this forum. I recently purchased an 02 TT225QC. Mods thus far: APR chip. I borrowed an N75J valve and used VAG-COM to grab some data. I did 3 runs for each valve, wide open throttle, 3rd gear, temp low 80s.

The car did feel faster with the J valve.

I installed a N75 in my car last night. It was a b*tch of a job, main problem being the stock one-use hose clips that Audi uses. Also the connector is around the wrong way from the stock one. I dont have a chip in my car, only the mods listed in my signature below. I found that the car came on boost slightly quicker, and holds boost throughout the whole rev range, making the acceleration alot better. The actual max boost stayed the same on about 7-8psi.

If the connector was on the other side, you got the N75J. I had the option of the N75H or N75J and chose the H as I wasn't sure if the electrical connector would reach with the plug on the other side.

The N75J was way too easy to fit in my golf 8) - the b5 veedub and a4 audi platforms got it hard from what I hear ;)

The N75J was a bit of a stretch to install on the TT225 (I helped install it and get the data). Everything connects just fine, but the electrical connection is a bit of a stretch, but is secure.

Some folk have reported probs with error codes. But as Derek says, try it and check it with Vag-Com or similar.
