I might change the grill with after market one in the future (finger cross Oettinger'll make one), the wheel studs are too short, she's back with standard wheel ATM and I need to do costumize studs hopefully will be done this week.
BBK is on its way, once everything setup I'll post more pictures.

Wow!! very nice. Oh incidently, I saw a Yellow S5 in Brisbane about a month ago, never knew they came in that colour!! if i had the money then would been great in the garage next to the Yellow S3 hehe.

I really love this car, a guy who was "admiring" my S3 at Penfold Audi was kind enough to take me for a spin in his S5!! amazing. He belted the crap out of it. I just felt empty when i jumped back in my S3.

empty in that the s3's interior doesn't spoil you as much?

cos otherwise, in raw performance the S5 isn't that far ahead of the S3; more grunt all round for sure; but i've heard the new s3's boost pretty hard... in fact it might even feel more exciting to drive cos of the turbo boost chiming in rather than the linear NA feel.

nar, lol... the S5 is already fast enough. i was just saying that the S3 with the turbo boost would feel more exciting, although it's slower than the S5.

i'm sure with that pumped up GT28RS 1.8T that you had previously, you know what i mean in terms of excitement :big_wink:.

forget the supercharger; twin turbo 4.2 FSI baby... haha just gotta wait for someone to make a kit.

It wasnt much of the interior, it was the performance, but maybe ur right, i never belted the S3 and im still nursing it (i always end up nursing my cars all their life hehe except for the occasional flogging). Just the V8 ooomph is awesome. However, i must say after the APR reflash, the S3 definitely feels diff at low range. hmmm i think will get it installed once the 6 hour demo period is over.

Will have to drop by for dinner and have a few beers with you Robin to admire this new beast of yours. Love the white rimmed wheels. Im going to go DPE wheels on my next project. I knew you would have to go 20inch Robin, I remember you saying 19inch was on the cards.
To be honest (no disrespect on the choice - bc i too almost bought one about 6 months ago) Ive had the pleasure of driving a modded S3, and also an S5 with some bolt ons whilst in Sydney last month. And I would have to say, in all honesty, even with the S5's V8 grunt and awesome sound, the S3 has it all over the S5 in terms of power delivery and handling. However, if you have the coin, then do a supercharger when its a available, and then you may possibly be the coolest Audi owner in Australia hahaha.
Looking awesome..........Making me think that I should have gone white as well with my project.
