sorry chaps if this has been covered in other threads but i haven't found it so far.

search as i may i have not come up with any supplier of caliper paint that i can brush on! i have wasted hours and hours only to be told, spray cans only.

does anyone know where a good red caliper paint can be sourced in pots/tins? if so then it would be most welcome.

thanks

You can buy standard enamel paint from bodyshop repairs suppliers (PPG etc) which you can brush on. Just because its popular in a pressurised can, it doesnt mean it never came in a tin!!

You can even get 2-pac with epoxy hardener in a tin to be used with brushing. It all depends on the retailer and their stocks.

I used it on my old car.
Bloody awesome stuff. Comes up as a hard enamel finish.

Enamel going to stand the heat, quattro?

Best how I've come across is here scheps: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Caliper-Painting-Guide-b-t206478.html

Particularly good info on getting logo stencils made too.
