hi could someone tell me what sort of hp could you expect from tunning without any real engine mods maybe exhaust intercooler and intake mods only

On a unmodified stock engine, you can go from 250hp to 315hp and 285ft/lb to 370ft/lb torque. If you want to know more information, send me a PM :)

Get on the net and check out B5 S4 mods. The same info applies to the allroad. Just a remap is constrained by the intercoolers, improve those and the charge air temp comes down, then the exhaust starts to restrict and so on. Then a K04 upgrade becomes feasible. That said, many feel that for street use the K03 provides a better drive. I'd suggest that you get better informed on what you want (are prepared to shell out for) and go from there. The standard intake is good enough until you look at upgrading turbos.

Plenty of real world info in the thread above. You can get awesome gains with tunes alone especially if willing to run e85.
