one is 250, still on engine at moment. Its fitted to a well maintained engine with 170,000km and the bottom end has a rod shorter than the other...

APU is a small port (no biggy if you arent chasing huge power)
You might need to change (or flip) the cam pulley over
and fit a new cam tensioner...
