05 A3, need help finding replacement interior button stickers?

Hi guys, my partner owns an 05 A3 coupe and a few buttons on the console like the + & - and the window buttons have worn and are rubbed down to white plastic, I'm not the greatest at pulling a whole bunch of parts out to physically replace buttons and have seen people use a vinyl sticker to cover the button? this sounds like something i'd prefer to do but searching the web has rarely found anything of value and those I saw had pretty poor reviews as far as size and price goes

Does anyone know of anyone who makes these to a decent quality? and or can help me any other way with bringing up the look of her interior?

I did not know the A3s suffered from this plague as well. I bought a secondhand MK5 Golf that had the same...don't understand how people use these buttons.

I actually found a wrecker which had the buttons and swapped them out myself. Yes, a bit of fiddling but there are instructions on the web. Will look better than a sticker.
