    Strangely enough I've never really taken any pictures of my car, except these two. I'll get some better ones if needed. Can't really get much of the fron, a nameless person whom I'm married to, ripped the front off when reversing out of a parking space

    Yep, it's certainly no S line.

    Not sure why the paperwork would suggest it is.

    I have discovered why it is considered an S-Line, my Audi has a 6 speed gearbox as standard. When you go to register or insure your car it puts it down as a 5sp. You need to tell them it is an S-Line in order to get the correct gearbox selection.

    6 speed manual came as part of a mode year change. Early B6 TQs (01-02 build) were 5 speed manuals, later B6 TQs (whether they were S line or not) were all 6 speed.

    You me and the gate post know this but insurance companies and govt departments don't seem to understand it. That and the fact that even Audi considers my standard jobby an S-line. The mind boggles.
