Q7 towbar

Good evening forumers, I'm looking at getting a towbar for my current 2011 Q7. Any advice is appreciated on a) how hard are they to install yourself, and b) anything I should be looking out for?
I've seen both the European and standard hitch type and not sure which way to go.
It would be for occasional towing of a trailer.

give the guys a westfalia a call... great towbars from the reviews on the forum. Not sure if they do one for the Q7, but worth checking with them.
