We also do them (Warringah Brake & Clutch Centre), full disassemble and bead blast, replace main seals at a minimum and powdercoated. Click image for larger version.

In melbourne we got a gang that powdercoat them. Ive had my cousin and a few mates rebuild there brembos and they have come out wicked. Also seen some work done on ferrari calipers to reasonably priced.

Sounds handy. What would it cost to get say the RS 8 piston brembos rebuilt and painted?

I've had an old set sitting in my cupboard for the past seven years or so gathering dust.

Thought I'd get them re-done in silver but have never gotten around to it.

For those RS calipers: disassembly, blasting, powder-coating and reassembly including stickers the cost is $400, the problem might be the seals on those if only the main seals are required and dust boots are re-usable we're ok if not we or yourself need to get the caliper kits most likely from Italy. The pistons should be ok but we wouldn't be able to tell until we take it all apart unfortunately.

Ok thanks, when I get a chance I'll check to see if the dust boots I have are ok. I did get a seal kit ages ago but not sure about the rest.

So the $400 is for the set (pair) or per side? Plus parts of course.

Just thought I'd link in my results after having this done on my old 8 piston brembos. Turned out great:
