12.1 is very healthy, stage 1 or 2 tune Mr Duck?

Do you need to have the app connected or could this be something you could hide under your front seat whilst the car is with a third party to review later on?

    G'day Nath !

Basically just a JB4 with a custom map and a CAI.

The Dragy unit needs to have line of sight to GPS satellites. It's quite a small unit and fairly stealthy. It also has magnets on its underside.

It's a BT connection to your phone, so you can have that hidden if you want.

    Cheers,

    WD

Ordered the unit today. Should have it by Tuesday / Wednesday.

Update: Arrived today. Very tidy, compact unit. Will test it out Thursday. Iíll also do a 0-100 run and compare it against the P3 Cars gauge time.

Update part II: Did a couple of runs with the DRAGY unit Friday morning. Less than ideal conditions with a slight uphill gradient (1.15% ave.) and around 24 deg. c on a coarse aggregate road.
Ran a 4.5s 0-100kph on the DRAGY and 4.08s on the P3. I need to do a couple more runs as I took my foot off the pedal as the P3 indicated the read out for the 100kph and this was sufficient, I believe, to slightly impact the DRAGY recorded time - well, thatís my theory.

So far I really like it, especially the fact that it is not much bigger than your car key and has a magnetic base. It pairs with an app on your smartphone and connects easily.

You can set up your profile and add your cars details including any mods. It also has leaderboards, so if you want to you can upload your results and compare to other users.

A good feature is that it will validate results automatically. So If you are on a road with greater that 1% decline you can't upload the result.

Anyway check it out for yourself if you are interested. I got mine from Autoinstruct here: https://www.autoinstruct.com.au/prod...ormance-meter/

Below are some screenshots of my 0-60mph and qtr mile runs so you can see what the info looks like.

    I just ran a 4.28s 0-60mph on a 1.15% gradient. Stinking hot too...
Iíll find a flatter piece of tarmac and give it another belt.

    Hey mate,

Are you getting much wheel spin on launch ?

Also are you launching at 4K rpm?

Typically very little wheel spin or hop. I think the dog bone, subframe mounts and sticky tyres help...
On this set of latest runs (as per Korny1969 uploaded to DRAGY) I had considerable spin due to the crap coarse aggregate surface. It felt bloody average and I will do a run or two out at Eastern Creek and see what I can pull there...

Korny, how does that compare with the 0-100 time on your P3?

I ran a 4.08 on my P3 the other night but I noticed that is about 8km below GPS and Speedo reading (which are both the same) at 100kph and 3-4kms out at 60kph
