Congrats to TURBO for your new build!

Very exciting journey that you are starting and many of us are with you every step of the way! We look forward to watching you build your car and having fun!

With respect to those that have been through their own build journey of a B5 S4 or already have a B5 RS4 or a more modern vehicle, I personally thank you for your views.

However, I must highlight that text has no tone and comments on a shared forum can be interpreted as negative or passive aggressive. Your views may intend to be positive, but may be perceived as negative. This is not conducive to the values of a small community with a shared interest.

I can only guess that the person that is building this car in Australia is doing so out of a passion for automobiles (that so happen to be Audi), in pursuit of their own personal desires to achieve a certain goal on their own terms.

In this day and age, any person can buy a 10 second car or 400whp car (sorry RS3/Barra owners... haha), but we must appreciate the passion that we all share to modify cars in our own way

Please, do not be dismissive or passive aggressive toward someone痴 personal goals. We all run our own race in life and sometimes the journey is worth more than the destination.

    覧覧覧覧覧-

TURBO, I am currently doing modifications on a B5 S4 Avant and I am doing so on my own terms. I have heard the voices of a few on this forum that it is a waste of money, but pleasing people is not my objective. I share my updates for the benefit of the community. I hope that as a community we can share a common purpose... vorsprung durch technik

    Peace

    Sean

I agree with the own race .
I modified the old a4 1.8tq I had and would have been better to buy a s4 from base, but that was my decision and no regrets...

With you and Falco together, that's the biggest HP lineup of stuff I've seen recently for Australian based cars. Who is doing your machining and heads? A number of interesting directions, 9.5:1 CR with TTE880's for example. Enjoy the journey and keep posting.
