    They're good, just don't go back far enough for me.

    Does this meet vw504, vw507 standards, this is A5/B5. I use Castrol Edge but use A3/B4 which meets 504/507 requirements.

    Well spotted sorry that was easy stuff up. Some reason it went to the wrong listing
    I just put up the long life III THE VW 504 507

    I only use the VW 502 505 as a flashing oil not as a running oil. That oil is cheep low grade and will burn up and case carbon build up massively. Highly recommend not using that oil unless your changing it more regularly.
