    Out with the old
    In with the new

New water pump, thermostat, pulleys and tensioners all done. Not one cent was spent for this lol
Perfect timing too, there was a fair bit of play in the water pump and all the rollers where rattling like hell.
From the looks of it the only thing that had been done was the belts.

Swapped out the PCV and done a final clean on the intake ports.
Still waiting on the supercharger seals and oil, so there is no rush on this one.
Probably reseal the injectors and install the lower intake runner flaps.
Gotta go all the way in the city tomorrow to get a couple of coolant seals.
But Im done with the intake ports.

Still gotta do the valve cover gaskets so might conduct lifter and cam clearance tests while I got them off.

    Injectors cleaned and flow tested

Again, I canít believe how handy this tool kit has come in.
Lucky I had it too because the place I got the injectors done at didnít have any teflon seals, so I just bought a bunch from VAG parts and sealed them my self.
I got no idea how people do this without the sealing kit.

The teflon seal not only has to stretch over the injector, but you have to compress it so it shrinks into place.

According to Audi, only a ultra sonic clean is required. Which I find very odd coming from Audi where nearly every procedure is carried out to a every absolute allowing any reason of doubt.
Ask any fuel systems expert and they will all tell you a flow test is a must to make sure there is no debris left inside possibly blocking flow after the cleaning procedure.

All looking good. Impressive work to be taking on by yourself at home too.
