I tried myself with daughters car and failed badly then got a new one and took to a top place who do BMW, Ferrari etc.

I could still see the difference as they did not blend in to quarter panels (I didn't ask them to do it, so my fault, it was on the cheap). It was metallic blue, so stood out in morning sun light.

Are you still in Melbourne Muckman? If so I can recommend a panel shop.

Vagparts just told me my parts have finally arrived after 2 months of waiting and that 2 of my intercooler gaskets have been lost. F$@K MY LIFE!!!! lol
Seriously, I have had the worst bad luck with this project and its got nothing to do with the car lol
Apparently 2 of the rear gasket seals for the supercharger are lost during shipping and they are like 80 bucks each.
I just want to get this thing going but the postal service has basically delayed me about 4 months on this job.
    Im not giving up.

Other side of town, but I can recommend Box Hill Panels. Speak to Mitch and tell him that Alister referred you. Very reasonable pricing for jobs outside insurance and great quality work.

    Back to work
Hot degreaser bath does the job.

nice one. I've never tried any parts in a hot degreaser bath, but will do from now on!

What are you using, and what dilution?
