Sat Nav update for 2014 SQ5

Hi all can anyone advise if there is a workaround to install a updated Sat Nav for a 2014 SQ5,I have seen the UTube video's. I have registered the car in MY Audi and that wont lead me to a link for map update, I have emailed Audi still waiting a reply , also went into the Engineering section on the MMI and it dose not list any of the Activation keys required as stated in the video's, can any shed some light on this please.

I would think you have the MMI 3G system which is not supported with user updates via MyAudi. You need to update maps through the dealer or 3rd party specialist.
