What are you swapping into? You might have a bit of trouble finding a diff for the B7 RS4 ratio.

90 Quattro.

Best to stick with the 01e or 02x as they have the 4.11 fd though you will have to check the trans code to confirm. B6/7 S4 0A3 are all 3.89 and the only bolt in rear diff for your b3 would be 6 cylinder coupe quattro afaik. I have a 0A3 I might sell but I think 01E is the easiest way forward for your application.😎
