I noticed threads re a Black RS4 on carsales.com. I picked up a black RS4 this weekend from Northern beaches Sydney via carsales. Had lots of European service doc's. There was a line that hinted this may be your old transport. Oettinger label on the rear with engine ASJ003247.
If it is your old beasty, would you have any details on the shocks or the security system or possible radar.

derek didnt tell me anything about this. holy ****.
the car was driving normally though.
i can honestly say that i was totally unaware of this.
i don't know what to say.
but anyway, i'm still driving the civic with no cars in sight.
im shocked to say the least about the car as it was driving the same and never felt like there was anything wrong.

Will, thought I'd drop you a line .. love the car, way better than expected.
You have probably heard from Derek .. it got cracked turbo straight out of his service + planned replacement of engine mounts... he's quoted me 12,000 & billed me 20,000, and he tried to hit me up for replacing whole engine... long story but figured I'd drive it until it blows up & then think about it.
Still love the car ..
