2020 RS3 owner's thread

100% keen for a drive meet! Just booked into UGP for a service, decided might as well do Haldex etc as well as year 1 minor, its cheap and doesn't hurt.

Took the plunge and fitted Michelin PS4S 245/35/19's all round today, so far super impressed, it sticks more and seems to corner a lot more directly. Will just take a while to get used to the changed steering characteristics but I think I'm gonna love these tyres! Also just FYI no TC light or other issues. I am running OE rims.

Hey guys - put my name down to hold a ‘first allocation’ 2022 RS3 at Audi Doncaster yesterday. Hopefully I’ll see it in the first half of next year? 😄

Not that my guy at Audi knew of mate. No dates, no firm spec. Details.
Ie.no specifics on ‘Option Packs’ etc.
Estimated retail price between $105k and $110k.

Will wait for audi aus specs as I’d want to build it with the silver base wheels and all options from higher spec - black pack, ceramic brakes, etc

Looks like they are going with 265 front 245 back on the 2022 model to suit the extra flared guards. Probably Poo-relli's fitted though :\

NOT again... does it mean if you want to all square setup you need to do 255/30? or 245/35?

They’re running 9” front wheel now instead of 8.5”

You can’t square difference of 1” wide wheels front to back, nor would you want to as that’s a pretty normal stagger, albeit in reverse

Hi guys, my car was damaged in the car park at work, someone backing out in a 4WD scraped the drivers rear panel and alloy. The GIO recommended repairer is Capital SMART in Bentleigh, I think I can nominate the repairer, who is recommended Bayside?

Try Mr Gloss in Moorabbin, ask for Graeme (I think it's Graeme, it's a long time sinse I spoke to him!) Boocock.
Pickles.

I just did major service for my car, changed the sparks and ignition coils.. although only did 28k in its lifetime..

Also changed the brakes/pads to Forza.. overall quite happy with the service from VW park autoworks..
