you could may be make your own up from second hand parts. I've done this a couple of times before. e.g. my latest one was buying an BMW X5 space saver to clear the brakes on my BMW M4 then buy a suitable new tyre to get the right side wall height and rolling diameter...
 
Hi all, bought spare for my wife's 2021 TTRS from them. Quality kit, everything needed included and prompt delivery. Haven't (touch wood) needed it but as we do regular regional and tassie trips removes any stress...
