Does anyone have a UR that is in a bad way? a spares car or something? I am after a shell, subframes, suspension and steering to do a sport quattro conversion. i dont want the engine or the gearbox, any of the interior or electrics, nor the rear diff. Just enough so that i can roll the shell, i will even give the struts and arms back once i get it back home if you want after i have made a jig for them. You can also keep all the front panels. I dont want to waste a good one, i want to take a wasted one and convert it. I dont mind replacing rust, most of the panels will be cut away and replaced with frp panels anyway. If anyone has anything, please contact me.

I'm back in the game with an 81 Silver WR quad headlamp ex uk converter car and my old Australian deliverd 83. Sister car to Glenn Renshaw's old white one.

I'll get some pics up when i can find some time :-/ Work is a bit silly ATM.

ppoida seems to see me when ever I take one of them out so he could be ready with a camera!!!

Afternoon All
Just reporting that my UR quattro owned for 20 years has been sold. It has now crossed the border into NSW. It has been a great car to own and if I had one more undercover car parking space I would not have sold it.
I am pleased to report that it has gone to a fantastic new home , a family with a rally history who certainly appreciate the significance of the Audi UR quattro .
I hope they enjoy owning it as much as I did .

Thanks & regards to all
Glenn
