CarPlay on a Gen1 r8

A bit lazy ( in terms of detailed searching on here) plus not a lot of recent posts. Looking to add car play to my gen1 2009 model v10 r8 but want to maintain total factory look Not necessarily tied to the current factory unit currently installed but needs to have an Audi factory head unit. Main goals are to have CarPlay nav, make / take the odd call , maintain rear camera, hidden microphone and total factory look. PS. Unit would be turned on very rarely, as got a hard wired secret source button ( valve opening button on the aftermarket exhaust which to me is the highlight of car along with the gated manual mated to the v10 ( night and day difference in engine note).

Where I am at the moment is to source an upgrade factory unit with one out of 2015 gen 1 Audi r8 and then install a Mr 12V unit. Appears there a few CarPlay units to plug and play with the factory OEm head unit , , but appears mr12v goes through the cd unit data changer lane and hooks directly into the most fibre optics and eliminates the hissing noise from other units such as carsara/ navifly/ one from nevera auto in brissy.

Then are there any traps for young players eg left hand hand drive vs right hand drive upgrade Navi units / PIN codes if not available ( any hacks) , any vcdS coding requirements for upgraded units / discrete microphone positioning/ factory rear camera hookup and maintenance of guide lines hacks / possible hookup to a bew front canera upgrade

What's the current interface, a RNS unit, or the 'inbuild' screen with seperate 'box'?

No I am looking to upgrade my rbse to a 424035192J rbse unit which has a media button . The hook up to a car play module. That unit looks like a Acarnavi standalone unit replaced unit from china
