hubcentric spacers

hey posting on behalf of a friend...

can anyone recommend anywhere in aus that supplies hubcentric spacers? i know of plenty of places overseas (ecstuning, purems, etc) but with the exchange rate and shipping costs, its better to look locally. however, the only local places i can find are ones that do them for imports and nothing off the shelf for euros...

im after hubcentric fitment for an audi: 5x112 PCD and 57.1mm bore diameter size, and with 5mm thickness.

also, matching lug bolts: 14mmx1.5 thread, ball seat. 32mm length.

Got a price on some H&R spacers + longer bolts quite a while ago ($ was good) and they weren't cheap at all...

I'd be interested to know what they quote you...

I just ordered a pair of 5mm eibach spacers for $120ex

same thing delivered (different brand though) from ecstuning was almost $180 :beat:

I'm picking up a set of longer bolts from Derek tomorrow, eibach themselves don't sell lugs with the spacers.

ahh i had to bend over for them for my springs last year haha

just rang them anyway - no 5mm spacers in stock so no price given. 6 week wait. they only have 15mm ones minimum and anything up from there. no bolts either - only bolts to suite 15mm spacers and upwards.

also another question - longer lug bolts: can they be sourced any wheel place too? specifications are in first post.

edit: just tried eibach too. nothing in stock. getting back to me with a price... funny with eibach i asked if they were hubcentric with 57.1mm bore and he didnt understand me haha.

My spacers will arrive around christmas too... but I'm happy to wait.

Also, I picked up 20 lugs from Derek this morning, $7.50 each and will suit 5mm spacers.

Who did you speak to at Eibach? Robert may still be o/s.

ahh just got a call back from Eibach. person i spoke to was John. nice fellow.

and yea he said the spacers will have to be ordered and can come in on the next shipment which is due mid-end january. can air-freight from germany if i'm desperate. quoted cost for 5mm spacers is $110+gst.

will try and source some lugs locally. if not, will give Derek a shout!

eibach quoted $7.50 per lug too.

ok i ended up sourcing them locally from Wheelworx who are very popular in adelaide.

custom made spacers - $60/spacer
extended lug bolts - $3.50 each bolt

make sure to update the quality of the spacers from these guys. got to be hub centric...

I am also after 4x10mm so if these guys are good I might get it from them too..

I looked up the site and saw their spacers range..they look pretty decent..I might order it from there..
