Leaving Audi Centre Melb To Heathcote for lunch and drags

1. Heathcote Drive Day Sunday 9th October
Meeting at Audi Centre Melbourne at 10.00am for a drive to lunch at Emeu Inn, Heathcote. After lunch we're off to the
Heathcote drags. Cost $40.00 to compete, $10.00 for spectators and $5 for passengers. As our drive days are always popular it would help with numbers if you let a committee member if you plan to attend.

This should be a great day and if you feel like it there are plenty of Audi Owners to compare notes and discuss there pride and joy. As always non members more than welcome
 
My car is in the workshop getting new brakes and sevice so i was unable to attend :cry: . Where are the pics and write up??? Was it a good day?? :?:
 
Had a great day saw some great cars at Audi Centre Melb. before the trip began, giving all members new aspirations of their next car. Two hour drive to Heathcote with some good scenery but just good to see lot's of green pastures after recent rainfall. We had lunch in a Quaint little restaurant the Emeu Inn. Next to heathcote to see some serious horspower vehicles this proved a big winner with the kids who could not stop smiling. Anyone game enough had the opportunity to take a drive down the 1/4 mile (thanks to the staff for being so accomadating with our members) good times on the track and as expected the std cars did better than Audi claims reinforcing the brands race bred technology. We managed to catch the tail end of the Bathurst 1000 back at the local watering hole followed by the Grand Prix. Weather was perfect and so was the company. Members discussed catching up during the week so look at the next post for details.Thanks to Bruce for his hard work organizing another successful day
