Hi guys,

just thought I would throw this up here.

Around May I am going to try and organize something for all the Audi/VW guys in Brisbane or surrounding suburbs.

Details aren't very specific yet, but a 'good' drive will be in order.

Show your interest in here please.

Pending approval of my leave, will get the TD06 turbo kit installed and maestro flashed to the ECU(yes, I decided to keep it as I need a tune cause the K03 is SOO f*cked ie blowing smoke, oil consumption) and....hopefully will be able to make it.
 
Keen but if the plan is to meet at midnight that might be a killer. Way past my bedtime.

Happy with a late night over a weekend or preferably a dawn run if you're trying to avoid traffic.
 
I'm up the sunny coast, but it would be great to meet some fellow Audi owners. All Audi owners up here are all retirees and look at me with great confusion when they see a younger bloke driving an Audi it is quite amusing thou.. If I can make it down im keen..

That is the aim mate, trying to avoid 'traffic'.

We could meet around 10pm if that suits more ?

Sunny Coast is not that bad at all. I'm in Fraser Coast and ask me about it....

So far I only saw three Audis here and all driven by old retired seniors...

Young drug dealers do drive nice cars here...


Back to the topic, Any updates about the cruise?

Your B7 has tinted rear tail lights? I've seen one that looks like yours at Beaudesert Rd-Compton Rd traffic light.

It's be interesting to see how your car goes against a tweaked B7 1.8TQ with custom code tune.

Yeah all lights are aftermarket black/tinted, was most probably mine. It's silver/black theme :)

You'll r*pe me, she's stock all but a CAI at this stage :(
 
Revhead, you mention a custom tune. Done in Brizzy? How much? Where? I thought my only option up here was paying $1500 for the APR tune.
