OEM Bluetooth for Factory RNS-E - B6 A4

Hi all,

The buyer for my car (taking deposit tonight) has enquired about bluetooth functionality to go with my factory fitted RNS-E unit in my 04.5 A4 S-Line Avant.

Are there any locally available kits that allow the addition of OEM bluetooth support? This is just for me to recommend to the new buyer and I want to avoid giving him a massive list of individual parts that are needed to be sourced. Was hoping for a "complete kit" that he can then take to my local workshop to hook up.

Again, my RNS-E is factory fitted...

Alistair? I remember you did this in one of your previous cars?

Cost depends on whether you want an OEM bluetooth (8P0 862 335S or 8P0 862 335T is newest I think) or a Kufatec FISCON (Basic?) module.

NB, the cheaper of the two options (FISCON) is still around $600-$700 AUD, if you source it locally. Cheaper if you source it from overseas.

These might be the newest OEM Bluetooth modules:
8P0 862 335 AA MY 2010 (Europe)
8P0 862 335 AB MY 2010 (North America)

NB, I think the FISCON does A2DP streaming, whereas I don't think the OEM one does.
