I did notice that the figure "1" is beside each price,....does that have any significance re the price, any extras to be added on?
Basically it’s drive away with an “assumed” ( and Audi recommended) dealer delivery fee of $5k. Of course some dealers inflate this. My first quote had a dealer delivery fee of $12k then added GST & LCT ..Its the usual dealer fine print bits n pieces - if you click on this link then scroll down to the very bottom, there is some light reading for anyone interested

Seems like a few more are finally landing/being delivered and also being listed on Carsales.com.au of late...
If you're referring to me, no, Wifey is super happy with her RSQ3, as I am. I was just interested in the variable pricing people are actually paying for their RS3 relative to what I thought was extremely high pricing on Carsales. The same applies to RSQ3, but not many on here are interested in the RSQ3.Pretty sure that’s just state based on roads. Are you looking to switch back to an RS3?
Not sure, but most recommended spacers seem to be manufactured with forged 7075-T6 Aluminium. Are Bonoss wheel spacers good or should I stick with Mode. Thinking 12mm front and 15mm rear ?
I would like to see your car and how it looks. As I said I am in PrestonsNot sure, but most recommended spacers seem to be manufactured with forged 7075-T6 Aluminium.
I went with mode for this reason and lifetime warranty. (Bonoss probably the same)
12.5mm front and 15mm rear look nice. Pirellis sit flush with the guard.
If it ever stops raining!! Happy to meet halfway unless your planning a trip to the Gong anytime soon. (Bingara, Heathcote..)I would like to see your car and how it looks. As I said I am in Prestons

Just updating this in case anyone was curious - after 2 months of checking the Hoegh RoRo tracking portal daily and getting no results, plus getting told there was no boat allocated by the Audi dealer, I received a text message yesterday telling me that the car has arrived at port (Fremantle)!Hey all,
I've been lurking this thread for a while now waiting for my RS3 to be delivered since ordering in August of 2022. I finally received word from Audi in Perth that my car was built last month (December 2023) however there has been no vessel allocated as yet for transport. I was provided the VIN and nothing comes up when I put it into the Hoegh tracking site so this seems to check out unless course they are using a different shipping company.
So my question - has anyone else had word their car was built in December and have they been able to confirm it has been allocated onto a boat?
I know everyone has waited ages for these cars however In my pessimistic mind I'm just picturing Houthi rebels taking over the ship carrying my 8Y introducing even more delays or putting me at the back of the line....
Cheers,
Blake
Yeah I've made my opinion about Audi's communication skills earlier in this thread so I don't want to sound like a broken record but I will say in their defence they are usually responsive when I have contacted them. Perhaps my expectations were incorrect however given the cars we are all purchasing from them (i.e. not a base model A1!) I would think a level of proactiveness with communications would be in order and this has fallen short in my view.As frustrating as Audi’s communication tends to be.. it will be worth the wait!
What spec did you order out of interest Blake?
Cheers.
Nice spec. Very clean look coming with the carbon added .Yeah I've made my opinion about Audi's communication skills earlier in this thread so I don't want to sound like a broken record but I will say in their defence they are usually responsive when I have contacted them. Spec - Glacier white sedan, carbon pack, RS design pack in red.

I agree with you, there are two aspects with respect to communication, by Audi head office from here or overseas whatever, and secondly by your Dealer. I'd have to say that our Dealer has been pretty good, but I can remember when RS3 orders were being cancelled, no more orders being taken etc, our Dealer didn't know what was going on, hearing nothing from Audi head office!Nice spec. Very clean look coming with the carbon added .
I agree as far as the dealership being responsive. Mine was pretty good timing wise, just never had anything to update. I have a feeling their kept in the dark by Audi Oz. A good mate of mine is Manager at the local BMW dealership and has confirmed on numerous occasions the lack of comms received at his dealership from Head Office.
Cant speak for the BONOSS - but the MODES are fantastic! Just remember that spacers are illegal in Australia for some reason......Are Bonoss wheel spacers good or should I stick with Mode. Thinking 12mm front and 15mm rear ?
And so is modifying your can in any way, too dark window, lowering, changing wheels, inductions the list goes onCant speak for the BONOSS - but the MODES are fantastic! Just remember that spacers are illegal in Australia for some reason......
We've just migrated from vbulletin to XenForo... Hopefully all works fine for you, but drop us a line to admin@ozAudi.com if you have any issues at all!
