I got a sneek peak in the "holding yard" this morning...... 
Terrible quality & lighting pic I know
so yeh it looks average at best in this picture.
Just wanted to share the news - 2 years 4 months wait and hopefully pick it up for handover late next week.

Thanks guys, hopefully get to pick her up this Friday coming...then should be able to post some better pics, bit of feedback etc 
Booked it in for a full body PPF, bit the bullet there too with the costs!
Just pray to god they don't damage any clips or the likes with whatever parts they have to remove to wrap the film around the edges hey!
I've not had a previous vehicle with PPF so shitting bricks on that front too but I really want to protect the paint

They most likely won't break any clips because the car is brand new, the clips haven't had a chance to degrade yet.
My concern would be rear badges. I'm a bit OCD with regards to those badges being straight and I see way too often PPF'd cars that have misaligned badges.

Yep, P Zeros on mine.
Have read a few threads over the past couple of years and seems what ever brand is most available between the two.. How true that is I don’t no…???

Pirellis on mine, not unhappy with them but after doing a track day I will be trying pilot sports
From past experience I also prefer Michelin Pilot Sports but remember front & rear tyre diameters need to be matched. On my previous RS3 (8V) the only way to do this with Pilot Sport was to use same tyre size on the front & rear. This was convenient but increased understeer a bit.
The factory Pirelli's are a special custom size that ensures matched front & rear diameters even though tyre dimensions are different. I don't particularly like being stuck with one brand & I guess Bridgestones are an option as well since Audi have been fitting them, but you would need to confirm code. Personally, I am not a fan of Bridgestone as I've had a few issues in the past with other cars & found side walls are too stiff.

Interesting, I know tire sizes vary depending on width but didn’t think it would be excessive enough for the RS3. Curious to find out how much overall diameter varies between the sizes on both the Michelin and Pirelli and how that compares to having worn and new tires.
I reckon tires are like oils, everyone's got an opinion (& there's nothing wrong with that!)
Anyway, from memory I think I usually stick with O.E!
When I owned our various Brock Commodores years ago I stuck with Bridgestone, because that was what Brock fitted! I can tell you from actual experience that unless front & rear tyre diameters are matched, you will have problems with an RS3. With my previous 8V model, I initially replaced OE fitted Pirelli P Zeros with Michelin Pilot Sports but of exactly the same dimensions as the car came with (wider front vs rear). This resulted in the traction loss warning light coming on/off all the time & I could hear the centre torque split control differential whining a lot more than normal. After having it checked, I changed front & rear tyres to Michelins of exactly the same dimensions (in between original front & rear sizes) & problems disappeared.
When I noticed the issues, I didn't leave the first set of Michelin tyres on for long as I suspected it would have increased wear on the Quattro drive system or even caused damage. Around then I also read of instances of 4 wheel drive cars suffering damage due to changes that owners made to the tyre dimensions.
