RS3 Water pump replacement cost

Just wondering what the ball park price is for an out of warranty water pump replacement is for a 2017 RS3 sedan.

I had the water pump fail at 4yrs on a 2017. It is apparently just plastic. I made a bit of a fuss and asked them to talk to Audi Australia. It was replaced free

That would be a dream outcome but I doubt my chances given I’m tuned.

It’s weeping but I haven’t yet seem a drop in coolant in the reservoir. I’ve had one quote and I almost had a heart attack. Just wondering what kind of prices people have paid to have it done

I was told that's its better to change it while doing the timing belt change as well. The part itself isn't expensive, but labour getting to it is.
