To all B5'ers,

I wanted to see if there was an interest in getting all the b5's together in adelaide and going for a run.

I have a friend who has a sweet toyota ae86 sprinter and got a little jealous when I saw the amount of people from adelaide who take part in car clubs and toyota runs.

well i say we organise a weekend evening cruise end of september early october for all South Aussie Audi owners, caus i should have my car back by then....
 
end of september sounds fine, probably get a few more sunny days by then

jonnie, are you going to throw some route ideas around?
 
i was thinking, it really depends on who goes and where they are from. i thought of meeting somewhere that everyone knows, say glenelg?
And if everyone puts in ideas of places that would be good place to stop we could put together a map.
I also thought an evening-late cruise so we could get some decent photos of it??
 
I've organised too many of these things on other car forums... someone else can do it... Dragon92, it looks like it's you.

Yeah, im happy for dragon to sort the map out, im happy to do it on a morning. Good photo opportunities. I don't know how this suits the other dudes on here, but maybe starting at a carpark maybe at newton or norwood for a little get to know you sesh?

Then we could improvise... i'll leave that up to dragon...

Dragon, make sure you make plenty of stops for a ciggarette.
 
Alright then.. Ill get a map done hopefully by next week, and ill set a date.. im lookin at October 3rd. saturday.... anyone disagree with that??

Alright, ive sorta got one sorted,
so far, starting Anzac Highway at Lecornus, recognisable and big so every1 knows where to meet,
then head past windy point to blackwood, maybe stop for photoshoot??
then to meadows, then to Freeman Lookout at Pt Elliot.
from there we could go to port noarlunga via a stop at normanville or direct to port noarlunga.
any other suggestion or modifications, please tell. :-D

also, anyone got a portable bbq/stove, caus maybe a bbq at Port elliot would be good :-D
 
I'm sure anyone from here is free to come along

the more Audis the better

edit: I have one of those portable stove thingoes... I'll bring it if you like... argh, I'll have a new car by then... have to put it in a box or something... it's all greasy :\
