To create a poll in the xenforo forum software, first create a New Thread. Go to the section you are interested in posting, and click on the 'Post thread' Icon.
If you do not see this icon, you are either not logged in to the forum, or you don't have permission in this section.
Once you have started a new thread, you'll have three or four options of what kind of Thread you want to create.
Select the POLL option (highlighted in red above) to create a poll. This will 'unlock' several options for you to fill in.
Update the options accordingly and press the 'Post' option that is located at the bottom of the thread.
