Valve cover bolt tightening sequence A4 B6 2.0 ALT

I have just replaced my valve cover gasket. Does anyone have or know the bolt tightening sequence for an Audi A4 B6 2.0 ALT 4 Cylinder engine?

I have looked everywhere for a repair manual, video or picture and none of them match up. The B6 manual I found is for a different engine.
