Weird noise A3 Quattro

Hi, I bought an new 2022 A3 Sportback Quattro in January this year. A few weeks ago it started making a weird sound when turning into my basement car space. It has gradually got worse but always seems to occur while parking the car. It has been at the dealers twice and so far they can't come up with an answer.

The weird noise starts at the 15 second mark. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

However, if it's a front wheel/tyre noise, it's common on quattro cars when turning slowly... I've had 3 quattros now, and when I first had the problem/issue/noise, it drove me made until I found out it was common.

If you haven't noticed it before, it's probably as the tyres have worn down a bit and/or you have a bit more rubber on you basement (or it's been cleaned?)

If not the noise I'm thinking about, then ignore the above!
 
Many thanks for your reply. I suspect you are correct. I have lifted the age restriction on the video so if you have time you might have another look.
