Why No TSR for Audi in Australia?

G'day I am looking at purchasing a new A5 but I can't get a straight answer to my question as why Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR), and in particular speed limit recognition, is disabled in Australia. Can anyone help me understand the reason and whether it is likely to change any time soon-ish? When so many other car manufacturers offer this feature, I am confused as to why Audi cannot/will not especially as cars are equipped to offer it.

It's not only Australia that is unsupported, but most of the world. Mainly Europe and North America seem to be officially supported. Not too sure exactly of the legalities or reasons behind it as you say almost every car manufacturer has it standard and available here. We seem to miss out on a lot of the nice products offered to other countries.
