all bosch injectors are e85 capable with no issues. Ive run countless EV1, EV6 and EV14 injectors with e85 no issues on the B5 and B6 1.8T- most of them running factory fuel pump and factory lines to and from rail/ fuel pressure factory fuel pressure regulator.

all bosh fuel pumps are e85 no issues - my "500"hr e85 limit bosch motorsport 413 fuel pump has been immersed in e85 for 6 years and still pumps 8bar no problem. Fed from the tank via stock lines (no pressure) via a pierburg pump ( factory manufacturer and style for the A4 B5)

DW gives a 3 year no fault warranty (return in 3 years even if you ran it in mud) on all fuel pumps they sell, they are high flow and reasonably high pressure and many drop straight into the fuel tank (the b6 is an exception- there are so many variations of the b6 fuel pump

If you want to run 1000cc injectors go for bosch racing 980cc (I only run un molested- undrilled Bosch injectors- they come in 380, 500, 550, 630 and 980cc) - all other large sizes are "drilled" and inferior

you can buy 980cc bosch racing in aus for $100 each.
